(1) Net income per share calculations for each of the quarters were based upon the weighted average
number of shares outstanding for each period, and the sum of the quarters may not necessarily be
equal to the full year net income per share amount.
(2) Net income per share has been restated for all quarters prior to February 28, 2005 to reflect
the impact of the two-for-one split of our common stock distributed on March 1, 2005.
(3) Comprised of fourteen weeks. All other quarters presented comprised thirteen weeks.
