Mr. Nadler's new role at Resources is as the National Director of Contract Recruiting. The addition will also have an immediate impact on Resources' HR practice statewide, as together we extend our client base and increase our pool of talented Associates. Mr. Nadler founded Nadler Consulting Group in 1987, as a cost-effective alternative to traditional recruitment firms. Clients included Boeing, Converge/eHITEX, PacifiCare, and Westcorp Financial. He has successfully owned and managed an executive search/human resources consulting practice and served as a corporate human resources executive with stints at Allied Signal (now GE), Allegra-Vuarnet and Intercraft Industries. He is a graduate of the UCLA Executive Program in Management at the Anderson School of Business and earned a Bachelors' degree in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University.
